Daily food items that help to get pregnant for a woman- 

Milk /dairy products/ milk based food pie, eggs (if you have thyroid problems don’t take yolk) - nuts (28-30 pieces), bananas, beans , peas - 2 days a week, wheat semolina, hotpots, gram etc. take with regular diets.

Take more folade and zincky foods like promegranut, leafy vegetables, peas, spinaches, vitamins C.

What not to eat to get pregnant easily-

Pineapple, papaya, coriander leaves, sesame food, mustard paturi (mustard powder mixture curry), cucumber /  carrot  / beetroot/ hkira during menstruation.
