 Erectile dysfunction (ED) or importance  is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Occasional ED isn't uncommon. Many people experience it during times of stress.Impotence is usually caused by the lack of blood flow to the vascular region of the body. Sometimes, it's caused by psychological factors, alcohol, smoking, obesity, and other related health conditions.

J.) used Yohimbe in 10-drop doses of a 1 per cent. solution, and in 5-mgr. tablets, "in cases of neurasthenic impotence with excellent results."
