Day- 01

water, 6-large size onion, few  number whole tomatoes, one cabbage or other vegetables , one bundle leafy vegetables-spinach, pudina/basil etc. except peas or seeds

Day-05
Mutton ( half kg without fat with least spices in a day)

Tomatoes - 6

Drink at above

Day-06
Eat meat as much as possible but without fat with least spices

Eat vegetables and friuts as much as possible

Drink as above

Day- 07
Rice  as normal requirement- prepared from manually (dekhi-chata)

Friuts juices as required  without sugar

Drink as above

Detect Body Mass Index (BMI) = Weight in kg/ height in meter square, if BMI lie in 18.5 to 25 that is normal, if greater than 25 i.e  over weight and less than 18.5 is mal-nourish.

Precautions- Feel weakness, don’t take both (remedy and food restriction) initiative at a time.
