Clinical features... . 

Severe spasm in left side on face, shirinking mouth, while talking lips eadge bend into mouth cavity and can not talk easily, during spasm she had to press the area for relief, eye lid of affected side can loose and lost normal elasticity, face apperence had been changed that lost normality and feel shy to explore her face.
